If SeeLI isn't for you, email hello@seeli.app within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to ask
- Email hello@seeli.app within 14 days of the day you bought your license.
- Include the email address you bought with, or your order number, so we can find the purchase.
How it's paid back
Refunds are made through Paddle, our merchant of record, which took the payment.
What's free
Using SeeLI at home, with your glasses, iPhone and Mac on the same Wi‑Fi, costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund there. A license is only needed for away-from-home access.
